Elcom will be attending LGC Summit: LGR Special 2026 on 5 March at the Kia Oval in London.

Hosted by Local Government Chronicle, the event will bring together senior leaders from across local government to discuss the challenges and practical realities of Local Government Reorganisation. The programme is designed for chief executives, senior directors and heads of department, with a focus on how councils can manage transition while maintaining service continuity, governance and long-term resilience.

For Elcom, this is an important opportunity to be part of the conversation around reform and what it means in practice for procurement, financial control and operational change.

The agenda covers themes including compliance, transformation, financial sustainability, digital transition, procurement and commissioning – all highly relevant to councils reviewing how their organisations, processes and systems need to adapt.

Elcom will be there to meet local government leaders, listen to the pressures they are navigating and share insight from supporting complex public sector procurement environments, drawing on more than 20 years of Scottish public sector procurement experience.
